23 years of my experiences in auto part industry (manufacturing) was in two parts, the first part was working in production lines, quality management and quality assurance with all training course about ISO, QS, TS, 5S standards and production management tools such as lean management, supply chain management, FIFO,LIFO, efficient machinery layout and also working as production manager in Dubai as multi-cultural country. The second part started after I got MBA which most of courses is about finance. For 13 years, I have been prepared various management reports such as annual budget, costs & margins, sales analysis. It is my duty to increase margin, cut the cost, increase sales or suggest to shareholders to invest in efficient way to achieve the goal. I manage manufacturing company which produce front and rear Axle, steering box and suspension parts of light vehicle (produce 500 car part sets a day) more than 10 years.
