Design of Robust Adaptive Controller Design for Nonlinear Servo Motor Hydraulic System September 2018 Master's Thesis According to the serious issues of environmental pollutions all over the world, hydrolic techniques using pure tap water as a pressure medium has become new drive source comparable to electric, oil hydraulic, and pneumatic drive systems. Furthermore, water hydraulics is also preferred because of its high power density, clean, high safety against fire hazards, and easy availability. However, the main problems for precise control in water hydraulic systems are steady state errors and overshoot due to its large friction torque and considerable leakage flow. In first section, Servo hydraulic motors has been introduced and then used control methods in hydraulic systems have been explained including comparision and resistance controls. Hydroualic systems have been considered in modeling section associated to angle and velocity controlling by using SAC in simulation. Answer of angle controlling by using SAC is appropriate for convergence, however stable error status would remain permanent. In addition, controller can also reduce effects of very disturbances. Main objective in this research is putting to realize part of sustainable development and clean technologies aims, via simplification of process, using simulation models and hydroualic systems, towards to consideration of existing agents and catchment of applicable and logical results. Finally, the velocity control using SAC proved that this control strategy gave better tracking performance and higher robustness under the effects of disturbances compare with conventional PID control. Regarding to the some indeterminates and uncertainties which are exist in every simulation, and also in order to resistant performance of disturbance and existing uncertainity, we couldn’t confidence to results, therefor stable comparrision control has been recommended in the next section. Stable comparrision control is worth considering in this research actually. Regarding to the unstable conditions of system after modeling and simulation, we installed a resistance comparrision control for nonlinear simulated system, in order to sustain system, control disturbance and eleminate indeterminate, in this research. These controllers are very useful structure through making sustainability and convergence of system variables. In addition all simulations have been done by using MATLAB software.
